Abstract:
The University of Reading is a partner in the South-East Doctoral Training Centre (DTC) which is accredited by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). The DTC has 24 studentships to be awarded across a range of disciplines within the partner institutions. Studentships cover fees at the UK/EU rate and ordinarily provide a stipend of around £13,590 a year.

The School of Law at Reading welcomes applications for studentships in Socio-Legal Studies. Studentships are available for PhD only (3 years), or for M Res Law & Society plus PhD (4 years). They are not available for the M Res programme alone.
