The Authorization and Evaluation Associate Manager manages, oversees and innovates in operations related to visits and ongoing quality of IB programmes in schools in Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
Description:
The Authorization and Evaluation Associate Manager manages, oversees and innovates in operations related to visits and ongoing quality of IB programmes in schools in Africa, Europe and the Middle East. This to ensure improved efficiency and efficacy, timely staffing and school satisfaction with service for the three IB programmes. The regional office is will be relocating to The Hague as of 1 July 2011.This role will also play a critical role as the IB has recently launched a new authorization and evaluation process of schools. The position has a close working relationship with programme teams, IB Educators Network, schools and finance. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake some travel within the region.
University degree and some knowledge of IB and its authorization and evaluation process Excellent interpersonal skills in various contexts Good management skills to motivate and develop a team Ability to design processes and systems in a way that is efficient and effective. Good IT literacy with all standard software and the ability to communicate IT needs as an informed client to IT specialists. English proficiency is essential Spanish or French would be a distinct advantage.
