Abstract:

NCR Labs, based in Dundee, UK, are seeking post-doctoral researchers interested in applying for Marie Curie funding for projects in the area of computer vision. We are willing to host the post-doc for 2 -4 years via a Marie Curie Career Integration Grant (CIG) and additional co-funding from NCR.

Description:

The post-doctoral research fellow will be involved in the advancement of technologies to further automate and enrich the self-service consumer experience in the retail environment.
This study will focus on recognition of un-coded products and produce. Imaging, image processing, image analysis, and object recognition are key elements of the project which will be supported by an experienced multi-disciplinary advanced technology team in NCR Labs.
