Requirements:

Ideal Candidate:

- Postgraduate degree (MSc or higher degree) in neurosciences.
- Direct experience with EEG and/or fMRI, and the analysing tools (e.g. FSL, SPM, BESA). Experience with eyetracking is preferable
– Interest in decision making science. Preferably, direct experience with research in decision making, emotion, attention;
- Knowledge of computer programming (esp. Matlab).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and oral).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and willing to learn.
- Thorough, attentive to detail.
- The ability to use initiative

Examples of these are: the evaluation of communications (TV advertising, print, web), innovation (product, concepts, packaging) and the shopper experience (both in-store and virtual). The small dedicated team of highly skilled professionals that is currently being assembled by the company will be able to deliver innovative and tailored marketing solutions to demanding clients. Primary Responsibilities:- Drawing up of experimental proposals in response to client needs.- Experiment design of and then its supervision.- Analysis and interpretation of neuroimaging results- Presenting results to clients.- Research & development, and contribute to our own scientific innovation.
Position and Remuneration:- Reports to Science Director.- Based in company HQ in Beijing.- Base salary plus commission from undertaken projects.- Outstanding scientists will receive fully funded sponsorship for further studies in the US and/or Europe
